ThreeFourteen Originals
This brand comes with a message close and personal to my heart. As a young teen, I had a hard time with my body image and self-esteem. I found it so hard to just "be myself" at 6'0" tall by sixth grade, long, skinny and shy.
I finally decided I couldn't change my long legs... so I tried rocking it. Being unique unicorn self. I started altering and sewing my own clothes and accessories. Decided to be bolder and project confidence even when I didn't have it... just to see how it felt.
As uncomfortable as it was, I pulled myself out of my shell and went on to inspire others to do the same. ThreeFourteen Originals is my tribute to that attitude: BePlatinum, BeAuthentic, BeYourself.
I did not realize the meaning of it all until later in life when I read the bible for the first time and there it was: "I AM WHO I AM" Exodus 3:14
